As a dog lover and fur-mum I recognise the benefits that having a furry friend brings to your life and, when living in a development with other pet owners, how this can create an amazing community spirit and encourage renters to stay longer-term.
So let's design rental accommodation FOR pet owners. With scratch resistant, easy to clean flooring, easy access to a bath to deal with muddy paws and hallway storage for coats, boots, harnesses, leads, poo bags and balls. And maybe a bit of space for human needs too!
