Marketing Strategy
Different property strategies require different marketing approaches.
This session will detail the marketing channels you require, such as brand, website, leaflets, social media etc and an outline (a brief) of what each element needs to cover.
You will then either be able to use this to create your own materials or I can quote to create these for you.

Logo & Business Branding
I will help you decide on your logo, brand colours and any accent shapes (such as a house outline) and provide you with:
- Landscape and Portrait logo versions - jpg and png
- Verions for use on white or dark backgrounds
- Individual elements of the logo - for my logo that would be the house and 'Hannam Homes' as separate jpg & png
- The chosen fonts and colour references
Cost: £120
Duration: 60 Minute Zoom call then options provided via email
Output: Minimum of 4 logo versions plus individual elements in Jpeg & Png. A PDF outlining the branding, colours and fonts.
Business Card Design
Once you have a logo and brand design we can then design business cards for use at Networking events etc.
I will provide 3-4 options for front and back card designs and we will then review and perfect on a 30 min zoom call. I normally suggest Solopress for printing, but if you wish to use another provider, please let me know so I can ensure the artwork meets their print requirements.
At the end of the session you will have a final design which you can then submit and pay for the printing and delivery of your desired quantity.
Cost: £120 (excludes printing and delivery costs)

Output: Print ready artwork
Leaflet Design
Leaflets are a great marketing resource for handing out at networking sessions or sending to prospective landlords or home sellers.
We will work on your left design in 3 stages:
- We will work out the words, what we want to say and how to say it
- Select the look and feel for the leaflet from a selection of Canva template designs. I will then spend some time adapting that template to meet your leaflet requirements and refining the words and will send to you to review and provide feedback prior to our final session.
- During our final Zoom call we will make live amends to the leaflet and confirm the final design. I will then provide you with print ready files that you can submit and pay for printing and delivery via your chosen printing firm.
Cost: £200 excluding printing and delivery

Website Design & Build
We will work on this in 4 stages:
- Registering your domain name and connecting it with either Wix, IONOS or Squarespace website platforms
- A zoom session to work out the words, what we want to say and how to say it
- The cheapest way for us to work together is my providing a document with what I feel are appropriate headings and you populate that with content about your speciality. I can then work with you on the wording and consistency and ensure it is clear for your customers
- Design layouts for your website. A PDF will be provided for your review. Cost includes 1 round of amends
- Once the pdf design has been approved, I will build your website, test for desktop and mobile devices and a link will be provided for your review
Cost includes:
- 1 round of amends to the live website in line with the approved designs
- Basic training on how to make small copy and image changes to your website yourself, reducing your ongoing expenditure
- Launch of the website to public view
Cost: £300 - £1,000 subject to complexity and support required in creating the website content.
Costs excludes domain registry and platform costs (very cheap normally)

Social Media Strategy
Social media can be a bit of a minefield and needs some consideration on how best to utilise it for your particular purposes.
This session will cover:
- How to present yourself - as an individual, a business or both
- Which channels are your priorities i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc
- Frequency and type of content to be shared
- How to build your content suite and posting plan
- How to increase your following and channel engagement (how people are interacting with your content)
Cost: £150.00
Duration: 75 Minute Zoom call
Output: PDF outlining the agreed upon strategy, frequency and type of content and tips on how to increase following and engagement
Investor Packs
When you find a potential investor you want to be able to start the discussions asap and a good place to start is to share your credentials presentation.
In this session we will:
- Create your vision and mission statements for your chosen strategy
- Detail your property experience
- Detail your transferable skills from your current / previous jobs
- Outline how you would want to work with an investor
- Creation of a MS PowerPoint or Google Slides template
Cost: £200.00
Duration: 60 Minute Zoom call

- Session 2 - design amends - 30 mins
1 round of amends
Output: MS PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation that you can personalise for each investor
Elevator Pitches
Having an eloquent, to the point way of describing who you are and what you do will not only make you feel confident, you will sound professional and attract investors, JV partners and trades.
Typically you need:
- 20 Secs - this is your 'Hi, what do you do?' response or to use during networking supplier stand-ups
- 1 min - this is used to provide a little more info after they've expressed an interest to hear more
When the 1 min pitch works, you swap business cards and arrange to chat away from the networking situation as you need to move on and make other contacts.
We work on this by:
- Clearly defining who you are and what you're looking to achieve through your property business. If you're unsure of your strategy, please book a Strategy Development Session first
- Listing what we believe your target audience (investors, JV's etc) need to know
- Combining the 2 together into an articulate statement that is authentic to your personality and will feel genuine as it rolls off your tongue!

- PDF detailing your key talking points and your 20 sec and 1 min elevator pitches for you to practice
- MP3 file of Joanna speaking your pitches, so you can hear inflection and emphasis
