In this session I will run through how to look at your Google Analytics report and what the results mean.

MS Excel / Google Sheets
To run a business you are going to need to know how to use Microsoft Excel / or the free Google version called Sheets.
In this session we will run through:
- How to open and create a document
- How to add and move copy between cells
- How to use formulas to calculate fixed %, such as 75% LTV mortgage rate, or add up a row of refurb costs
- How to format the content so it is presentable for investors, brokers and lenders

When presenting to investors or propsective R2R Landlords, it's standard business practice to have a well formatted presentation and to do this you are going to need to know how to use Microsoft PowerPoint / or the free Google version called Slides.
In this session we will run through:
- How to open and create a document
- How to add text, images, tables etc
- Some best practice guidance for structuring a business presentation
- How to format the content so it is presentable for investors, brokers and lenders
